Mr. McGlauthon Fleming III

McGlauthon (Mac) Fleming III is the primary “Edutainment Facilitator” who provides curated facilitation from a fun and therapeutic position through finely crafted gamivities for students K -12, school communities, and everyday workforce professionals. Mac The 3rd holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences with a minor in Psychology from The University of Arizona Global Campus.

Before starting in edutainment, Mac The 3rd had an extensive career in the Social Services field, stemming from a wealth of experience in school settings, residential treatment facilities, and group homes for children and adults.   Some of his previous early roles included an Autism Teacher Classroom Assistant and a Mental Health and Behavior Counselor over a six-year period.  He was then able to parlay his experience into senior operations positions with roles as the Trainer and Facilitator of new staff members and specific Milieu Management aspects, Supervisor of various teams, a Behavior Specialist, and a Senior Residential Services Administrator.

Mac The3rd continued his pursuit of creativity during his Social Services years by creating Year-round Edutainment of African History and The Kickback Specialists; two entities heavily focused on edutainment.  With Year-round Edutainment of African History, Mac The 3rd was able to curate, facilitate, and host over 20 school assemblies and speaking engagements engaging more than 1000 students.  While with the KickBack Specialists, it was here that Mac The 3rd again honed in on his communication, speaker, leadership, and training skills.  He served as co-founder, lead facilitator, and co-trainer, entertaining with life-sized games and activities that had foundations in mental health awareness and building community and camaraderie, both in person and online.  These activities, engagements, and events garnered over and impacted 1400 attendees.
